This cooperation agreement aims to promote the capabilities and strengths of each party, exploit and effectively utilize the potentials of facilities, people and expertise in training high-quality human resources, research and development. scientific research, development and application of new technologies, meeting the practical needs of businesses and the community in fields such as: Technology, Information Technology, Economics, Administration, Foreign Languages and other fields according to the strengths of the two parties in order to bring practical benefits to the parties involved.
