The focus of the program was the practical tour of the warehouse area, production operation system, and transport coordination in goods delivery and receipt. Under the direct guidance of experts and experienced staff from the Business Department (Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh and Mr. Cao Ngoc Nhieu), students were given direct exposure to:
Observing actual operating processes: From warehouse management to coordinating product transportation to customers. Here, they witnessed scientific warehouse management procedures and the stages of coordinating and loading/unloading finished products – essential links in an enterprise's supply chain.

Learning about occupational safety: Right from the start, students were equipped with safety helmets and trained on strict movement safety principles within the factory premises. The "Safety First" culture of Tay Do Steel is not only a regulation but also a philosophy of protecting people.
Professional dialogue: Questions about Logistics operations in the heavy industry sector were answered directly, providing multidimensional perspectives for the future workforce. This is proof of the mission of prioritizing human development, helping students become more confident on their career path after graduation.
Logistics not only helps optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, but is also a decisive factor in an enterprise's competitiveness in the modern market context, where demands for speed, flexibility, and responsiveness are increasingly high.

The mission of Tay Do Steel does not stop at supplying high-quality steel products that meet domestic and international standards, but also focuses on building a humane, fair working environment that values the development of professional human resources.
Opening its doors to welcome FPT Polytechnic students demonstrates the core value of "Sustainable development", combining business with the responsibility of educating the younger generation.
Mr. Huynh Trung Quang – General Director of Tay Do Steel Company once affirmed: “Quality and safety are always the top priorities, and that begins with training the next generation to have practical thinking and exposure, with the ability to adapt to modern operating processes!”

The in-depth working session between Tay Do Steel's leadership and representatives of FPT Polytechnic Can Tho (with the participation of campus director Tran Ly Anh Tuan and key staff) is considered an important first step toward cooperation between the two sides.
In the coming time, the two units aim to build strategic cooperation programs and implement long-term plans for the 3–5 year period in recruitment and specialized training. At the same time, they will coordinate to develop training programs in metallurgy and metal materials, contributing to the supply of highly skilled human resources to meet Tay Do Steel's growth goals in the new development phase.

The two sides held an in-depth discussion, moving toward long-term cooperation
A notable highlight in the cooperation agreement is that Tay Do Steel is expected to sponsor costs for students participating in short courses and certificates in metal materials engineering, while also creating the best conditions for students to practice theoretical knowledge directly on the factory's production line. This cooperation model not only helps shorten the gap between the classroom and reality, reducing students' unfamiliarity when entering the heavy industrial environment, but also realizes the core value of "prioritizing human development" that the enterprise has consistently pursued
Tay Do Steel believes that today's practical experiences will be valuable baggage for students to move forward firmly and confidently when applying academic knowledge to practice, contributing to the development of a prosperous, civilized, and modern country.
