Over the two days of 19–20/10/2026, Tay Do Steel Joint Stock Company organized a series of activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day 20/10, aimed at the community and employees. In addition to a visitation and gift-giving program for female patients in difficult circumstances, the Company also held a warm evening party for female officers, employees, and invited guests. These activities reflected the Board of Directors’ care for the community, while also serving as an occasion to express gratitude and honor the contributions of female staff.

Opening the series of activities, on 19/10/2026, the Women's Committee, the Company Office, and the Tay Do Steel Youth Union organized a charity program at Can Tho General Hospital. There, the delegation directly visited and presented 50 gifts to female patients receiving treatment at the hospital.
In the face of the difficulties these patients are enduring, the Tay Do Steel collective felt even greater admiration for their resilience and optimism in the journey of fighting illness, along with the support of their families. Each gift given was not only a practical act of sharing but also carried words of encouragement and wishes for them to soon overcome difficulties, recover their health, and return to their loved ones.

The commemorative evening took place on the night of 20/10/2026 at the Company headquarters, with the attendance of representatives from the Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority, representatives of the Party Committee of Phuoc Thoi Ward and the Party Committee of Thoi An Dong Ward, along with the Board of Directors and a large number of Tay Do Steel employees.

A special highlight of the 20/10 program at Tay Do Steel was the joint effort of male employees in preparing for their female colleagues.
From days beforehand, the men carefully prepared and wrapped each handmade wool flower bouquet as a small gift carrying sincere wishes, while also preparing 150 practical gifts suitable for many recipients. The thoughtfulness in every stage of preparation helped create meaningful presents for the Company’s graceful and strong “steel roses.”
The moment the bouquets and gifts were handed directly to the women amid applause and cheerful melodies contributed to a warm and connected atmosphere. This was not only a message of gratitude on 20/10 but also recognition of the contributions of female staff in their work and in Tay Do Steel’s development journey.
