On 03/10/2026, Tay Do Steel Co., Ltd. participated in Bach Khoa Career Fair 2026 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – VNU-HCM. At the event, Tay Do Steel recruited engineers and interns in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical - Electronics, and Automation, while also providing consultation and conducting direct interviews with candidates right at the booth.

Organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – VNU-HCM, this year's fair brought together more than 160 companies with nearly 200 booths, offering 2,170 job openings in engineering, technology, and economics - management. This is a direct connection point between students, young engineers, and employers in the engineering sector.
At booth No. 181, Tay Do Steel's HR team introduced the working environment, development orientation, and open positions. Students received consultation based on their majors and joined 1-on-1 interviews on site. Many suitable applications were received during the day.

Based on the signed memorandum of understanding (MOU), Tay Do Steel and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – VNU-HCM are implementing three main contents:
Linking training with practice: students gain early access to the industrial production environment.
Priority recruitment channel: future engineers can more easily find internship and job opportunities at the company.
Long-term workforce development: strengthening the core technical team for new technology projects.
With more than 30 years of operation in Tra Noc 1 Industrial Park, Can Tho City, Tay Do Steel produces steel billets, deformed steel bars, and wire rods, operates the Danieli rolling system (Italy), and applies ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 50001:2018 standards. This is an environment where young engineers can work directly with modern steelmaking and rolling lines.
Mechanical Engineering: operating, maintaining, and optimizing production machinery systems.
Electrical - Electronics, Automation: controlling and modernizing steelmaking and rolling lines.
Related engineering majors: applying new technical solutions to production.
