Signing a cooperation agreement between Tay Do Steel Company and Can Tho University

On March 29, 2022, Can Tho University signed a cooperation agreement with Tay Do Steel Company. Prof. Dr. Ha Thanh Toan, Rector of Can Tho University and Mr. Vo Van Khai, Deputy General Director of Tay Do Steel Company, representatives of the two units signed a cooperation agreement.

This cooperation agreement aims to promote the capabilities and strengths of each party, exploit and effectively utilize the potentials of facilities, people and expertise in training high-quality human resources, research and development. scientific research, development and application of new technologies, meeting the practical needs of businesses and the community in fields such as: Technology, Information Technology, Economics, Administration, Foreign Languages and other fields according to the strengths of the two parties in order to bring practical benefits to the parties involved.
Specifically, a number of activities will be implemented by the two sides in the near future such as: training and training for staff; develop training and retraining programs; sharing and exchanging practical knowledge; introduce, contact and interview students and graduate students; organizing seminars and thematic reports with students and professional staff related to a number of practical topics and skills in management, production and business; organizing student visits, professional practice and graduation projects; supporting materials and equipment suitable for students' training and practice; support scholarships for students with excellent and excellent academic achievements and good practice results and students who overcome difficulties in their studies; strengthen coordination in the implementation of scientific research and testing projects in different fields serving production; supporting the survey, research, consulting service for production; participate in and sponsor national and international forums, scientific reports and conferences; strengthen the organization of annual training courses and technology transfer; strengthen the construction and application of production models; increase information sharing and promotion; cooperate in performing social work and serving the community.
