At Tay Do Steel, caring for employees also means caring for their families. From August 21–23, 2026, Tay Do Steel Co., Ltd. organized a 3-day, 2-night program to welcome the relatives of employees working far from home to visit the company and experience the Mekong Delta. 100% of the trip expenses were sponsored by the Trade Union in coordination with the Company Office.
This was a practical occasion for the Company to show its concern for employees’ spiritual well-being and express gratitude for the contributions of workers living far from home. At the same time, it helped families experience the distinctive culture and ecological landscapes of the Mekong Delta region.

Tay Do Steel program welcoming relatives of employees working far from home to visit the company
For employees working far from home, geographical distance and the nature of their jobs mean they do not always have much time to return home, stay with, and share everyday moments with their families. Understanding this, Tay Do Steel created conditions for employees’ relatives to directly visit the Company, office, workshops, and production areas — the places where their loved ones work, contribute, and accompany the Company every day.

Here, many family members had the opportunity to see the actual working environment and learn about the jobs their loved ones are engaged in every day, thereby gaining a clearer sense of their efforts, dedication, and contributions to Tay Do Steel’s overall development journey.
The program brought families to representative destinations in Can Tho and An Giang, creating opportunities for employees’ relatives to experience the landscapes, culture, and characteristic lifestyle of the Southwestern region:
The group had the chance to visit the ancient and solemn space, learning about the cultural and spiritual values that have long been associated with local people.
The group traveled by motorboat through floating duckweed in a pristine setting, admiring the lush natural scenery and the characteristic wetland ecosystem.
Families experienced the atmosphere of the floating market at dawn, where trading activities on the water form a unique cultural feature that helps create Can Tho’s distinctive identity.
The final destination of the trip brought much joy to families through hands-on activities such as watching snakehead fish jump, fish massage, and enjoying fruit in the orchard.
