On July 27, 2026, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), a tribute program for war invalids and martyrs was solemnly organized by Tay Do Steel Co., Ltd. in coordination with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
This activity was for employees who are children of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, resistance activists, and families with meritorious service to the revolution.
On the same day, the Company also commended and rewarded the children of employees who achieved outstanding academic results in the 2025–2026 school year. For partners, customers, and investors learning about Tay Do Steel, the program offers a glimpse into how the company consistently and sustainably practices corporate social responsibility.

The tribute program was held at the auditorium of Tay Do Steel Company
Attending the program were the Board of General Directors, leaders of various units, representatives of the grassroots Trade Union, the Youth Union, along with many employees and their children who were honored. The solemn yet warm atmosphere of the ceremony created meaningful moments.
There, tradition was recalled through gratitude and carried forward through trust in the younger generation.

Panoramic view of the tribute program
At the beginning of the program, delegates and all employees reviewed the historical significance of War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27. This is a day for the entire nation to remember and honor heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, resistance activists, and those with meritorious service to the revolution who contributed and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Through the sharing at the program, the traditions of “When drinking water, remember its source” and “Repaying gratitude” continued to be rekindled as beautiful values that need to be preserved and promoted in every agency, business, and family. This was also an occasion for staff and workers to reflect on the values of today’s peace. From there, each person enhances their sense of responsibility in work, contribution, and national development.
The Company’s Leadership Board and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union presented tribute gifts to 35 Tay Do Steel employees who are children of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious service to the revolution.
It was a message of thanks to the families who contributed to the country. At the same time, it was also recognition for employees who continue contributing to the company’s development with a sense of responsibility, dedication, and awareness of preserving the good values left by previous generations.
There is no need for grand gestures. Timely care and concrete actions are what make the tradition of “Repaying gratitude” close and tangible in corporate life. This is also part of how Tay Do Steel implements corporate social responsibility in a substantive, non-formalistic way.

Following the program was the ceremony honoring and rewarding 150 students who are children of employees and achieved the titles of Good Student and Excellent Student in the 2025–2026 school year.
The rewards presented were recognition of the children’s learning efforts. At the same time, this activity demonstrates the company’s companionship with employees’ families in nurturing the younger generation—an inseparable part of Tay Do Steel’s corporate culture.
Especially, by attending a meaningful tribute program on July 27 itself, the children not only received joy from their academic achievements. They also gained a meaningful lesson about history, gratitude, and responsibility. Those values will stay with them not only in school but also in how they view family, community, and homeland in the future.

Presenting reward gifts to employees’ children with outstanding academic achievements
If tribute activities are a reminder of the sacrifices of previous generations, then the ceremony honoring employees’ children conveys trust in those who will carry the torch in the future.
Placing these two activities in the same program not only creates a bond between generations. It also conveys a beautiful message: gratitude is only truly complete when it is carried forward.
Carried forward through respect for the past. Carried forward through the spirit of learning. And carried forward through each person’s responsibility toward family, business, and country.

The program spread the profound values of “When drinking water, remember its source” and “Repaying gratitude”
These are also the values that Tay Do Steel wishes to spread through the program. The goal is for the traditions of “When drinking water, remember its source” and “Repaying gratitude” not to be mentioned only on commemorative occasions. Instead, these values become a driving force for each generation to live more responsibly toward what they are inheriting today.
For partners, customers, and investors, this is concrete evidence of how Tay Do Steel builds its corporate culture: connecting people, respecting history, and seriously investing in the next generation.
