
Over the two days of 09/04/2026 and 10/04/2026, at Thien Minh Hall, Tay Do Steel Company successfully organized the intensive training course “Applying AI in Enterprises” for managers and employees from multiple departments. At the center of this process is the pioneering role of the IT Department, which has successfully deployed AI solutions into actual operations such as:
Electronic Office & AI system: Managing electronic documents, integrating AI to summarize materials, digitizing hundreds of documents into a digital data repository, and applying a RAG system to integrate enterprise knowledge in real time, allowing the model to maintain role-based behavior and optimize usage efficiency in business scenarios.
Digitizing HR management via Zalo OA: Reaching 95% of employees, helping them look up payroll, track attendance online, and significantly reduce administrative procedures.
Optimizing operations and production: Upgrading the ERP system (Bravo) with more than 200 adjustment items and deploying the TSC-MES system to digitize production data, enhancing technological autonomy.
These achievements have laid the foundation for employees to master advanced AI models, thereby improving overall work efficiency and gradually building an intelligent, flexible, and sustainable working environment.
